The Allerair AirMed 3 Supreme is a compact, portable air purifier with a 3-inch activated-carbon filter, Super HEPA filtration, and a prefilter. Choose the Exec or Vocarb carbon blend, then select the standard unit or add the optional 5-watt UV-C lamp.

Filter maintenance
- Prefilter: Vacuum or shake out regularly. The source guidance recommends replacement every 6–12 months under normal use, or every 2–3 months for best performance.
- HEPA filter: Replace approximately every 2–3 years under normal use.
- Carbon filter: Replace approximately every 3 years under normal use.
- Gaskets: Replace when installing new carbon or HEPA filters to help maintain an airtight seal.
- UV-C lamp: Replace approximately every 8,500 hours of use if the UV option is selected.

Shipping and returns
Free standard shipping applies to most orders within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Normal delivery is 6–11 business days, including 1–3 business days of handling and 5–8 business days of carrier transit.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Report shipping damage within 48 hours. Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective or not as described.
