Setup and electrical requirements
Place the tub on a flat, stable surface and follow the included instructions for inflation, chiller connection, app setup, cleaning, and operation. A filled 101-gallon tub weighs approximately 845 lb before adding the user, so confirm the floor or installation surface can support the total load.
The system uses 3,600 W at either 110V or 220V, depending on the selected configuration. Confirm that the outlet and circuit are rated for the required amperage before use, and follow the manufacturer’s electrical guidance. Do not use an extension cord unless it is specifically rated for the full 3,600 W load.
Shipping and returns
Free standard shipping applies to most orders within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Normal delivery is 6–11 business days, including 1–3 business days of handling and 5–8 business days of carrier transit.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Report shipping damage within 48 hours. Approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective or not as described.
